Our first larval DNA barcoding paper is published! The first of\u00a0many, we hope. \u00a0Using a combined morphological and molecular approach we collected, photographed and sequenced the larvae of both major groups of inarticulate brachiopods. \u00a0 In\u00a0both the Bay of Panama on the Pacific coast and the Bocas del Toro Region on the Caribbean Coast, we found representatives of\u00a0<\/span>Glottidia<\/em>\u00a0and of an unidentified discinid. \u00a0 \u00a0We want to\u00a0give a shout out to Michael Boyle who was a post-doc in the lab when he took the amazing photographs featured in the paper! \u00a0 [<\/span>Read more<\/strong><\/span><\/a>]\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
