STRI's role in the purchase sale transaction, is to serve as an administrator and to guarantee the unit is sold and transferred to affiliated individuals in compliance with the agreement with the Government of Panama. Under any circumstances, STRI will serve as a financial vehicle to finance or pay any cost related or pertaining to this transaction. STRI is not the owner of the property; therefore, we have no incidence on paid insurance or taxes. STRI encourages the parties (seller and buyer) to look into alternatives to solve any discrepancies that may arise.
