Dayana Agudo joins the Adrienne Arsht Community-Based Resilience Solutions Initiative, with over 15 years of experience in project management, biogeochemical analyses, and lab management at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI).

As part of the team , Dayana coordinates, organizes, and tracks all Initiative activities that will ensure the successful establishment of a Resilience and Sustainability Center at STRI, and supports the Initiative Director in ensuring there is successful engagement with relevant partners and collaborators within STRI and SI.
